Posle višemesečne pripreme, regionalna kompilacija Balkan Under The Radar, pod okriljem Black Planet Records-a doživela je svoje treće izdanje. Budući da je već učvrstila zvuk etikete i rezidente, ekipa sa Crne planete predstavlja nam svoju Crnu generaciju. Kompilacije "Balkan Under The Radar " imaju za cilj otkrivanje zanimljivih imena uglavnom iz Srbije, ali i iz ostalih zemalja sa prostora ex-yu, uz naravno naše rezidente i prijatelje. Uspeli smo da objedinimo podzemlje skoro svih bivših jugoslovenskih republika. Većina stvari je pravljeno specijalno za ovu kompilaciju, a sve su ranije neobjavljene. Ovog puta kompilacija se sastoji iz dve celine sa 32 numere izvođača iz celog regiona. Prvi deo je posvećen sviračkim i elektronskim alternativnim bendovima sa vokalima. Drugi deo je posvećen eksperimentalnoj instrumentalnoj muzici i elektronici. Što se tiče zastupljenosti pravaca - i ovaj put je dijapazon širok – alternativni rok i metal, post rock, new/dark wave, elektronika, industrial, ambient, noise, avant garde jazz, bass music, grime/hip hop, dub, experimental itd. Opipljivo izdanje kompilacije neće biti na prodaju već samo za izvođače i poklon ali ako ste baš zainteresovani da posedujete diskove poklonićemo vam primerak. *ABOUT THE RELEASE *

After months of preparation, yearly regional compilation - Balkan Under The Radar, under the auspices of the Black Planet Records lived to have its third edition. Since they have already solidified the label’s sound and its residents, the Black Planet team presents us with the Black generation. Compilations "Balkan Under The Radar" are aimed at discovering interesting names mainly from Serbia, but also from other countries from ex-Yugoslavia, with of course our residents and friends. We managed to unify underground from almost all of the former Yugoslav republics. Most of the stuff was brewed especially for this compilation, all of which were previously unreleased. This time compilation consists of two parts with 32 songs by artists from around the region. The first part is dedicated to the music-playing and electronic alternative bands with vocals. The second part is devoted to experimental instrumental music and electronica.
Concerning the genres - this time too it's a wide range - alternative rock and metal, post-rock, new / dark wave, electronics, industrial, ambient, noise, avant garde jazz, bass music, grime / hip hop, dub, experimental, etc.

BRIGAND (Pančevo/Belgrade)

In 2011, an alternative rock/doom band named Brigand was formed in Pančevo/Belgrade, Serbia; After two singles "Malarme" (2011) and "Okovan" (2012), their first studio album “Zaplešimo Grešnici” (Swing You Sinners) came out in 2013 on Black Planet Records. The band is currently in process of writing their next studio album, working title “Sektaški Obredi Na Grobu Našeg Bivšeg Predsednika” (Occult Performances At The Grave Of Our Former President”). MARCONIERO (Niš)

is one of the prominent underground hip hop artists, very open minded and known for pushing the boundaries of hip hop, often playing with genres. Collab with POP Southentik, aka Vladimir Popovic (Niš-Vlasotince), Black Planet founder was born out of mutual love for hip hop and its mutations first time realised on Black Planet Sessions with an HC mutation ’Oglođi velikom vođi’. BOMBSHELTER EXPERIMENT (Subotica)

Bombshelter Experiment was formed at the beginning of 2013. in Subotica,Serbia. After a few months of playing and rehersals,the sound that was formed was something that was later on called experimental reggae/dub. The lyrics of the band's songs criticise today's society,but at the same time they have a message of peace and unity. On live performances the band is trying to convey the positive vibes from their songs to the audience while performing with great energy. Bomshelter Experiment had a few gigs in their hometown of Subotica,they shared the stage with ZAA,the famous reggae band from Serbia. In less than a year of concert activity the band managed to play in Novi Sad and the Serbian capital of Belgrade.

Is an alternative band formed in 2013. by ex-Styptic singer Miodrag Brankovic after leaving the band. Stubbornly devoted to immense stupidity called engagement in music, that is, musical creativity in our region. Because of all this senselessness, the music they create is a disease of noise that will make you shit shells and tree bark. Their texts are the poop cake. There are also topics such as sado – masochism, serial murder, mental illness, butterflies , flowers and love ... all packed , not to look like anything , but to look like nothing. THIMBLE (Kragujevac)

The band THIMBLE was formed in Kragujevac in 1996 by the former members of a few disbanded local Punk/HC bands. It’s hard to relegate the band to any musical genre and even the band’s members wouldn’t like to be relegated. Besides the lyrics written in English language, the main features of the original Thimble sound are the aggressive guitar, jungle rhythms, as well as ‘’screamo & melodic.... vocals in succession… Once someone has described it all as ....Punk / Hardcore / Metal / Emo / Indie..... So far the band had enormous number of gigs all around Serbia and in several neighborhood countries. They appeared at the best-selling Serbian musical press, in many local TV shows, as well as on the Serbian national TV (‘’RTS’’) several times. Until now the Thimble released two albums: Groove It Up! MC (1998) and Reason For Solitude MC & CD (2000). Besides that, the band appeared on many compilations in Europe and Canada. The new album was recorded in 2007 at the ‘’Park Platz’’ studios (Budapest, Hungary), produced by Szabi of SuperButt. With this tune they are announcing their new album.

DHARMA (Subotica)

is a musical duo from Serbia, performing improvised experimental jazz music, inspired by the internal Sound. Music of Dharma is a combination of various acoustic and electric instruments, processors and loopers. In an hour-long concert repertoire of the group, there is an experiment, interactive exchange of ideas with emphasis on jazz, ancient Sanskrit mantras, practice and play with the sound acoustics.
