Posle višemesečne pripreme, regionalna kompilacija Balkan Under The Radar, pod okriljem Black Planet Records-a doživela je svoje četvrto izdanje. Budući da je već učvrstila zvuk etikete i rezidente, ekipa sa Crne planete predstavlja nam Antisocial Network. Kompilacije "Balkan Under The Radar " imaju za cilj otkrivanje zanimljivih imena uglavnom iz Srbije, ali i iz ostalih zemalja sa prostora ex-yu, uz naravno naše rezidente i prijatelje. Uspeli smo da objedinimo podzemlje skoro svih bivših jugoslovenskih republika. Većina stvari je pravljeno specijalno za ovu kompilaciju, a sve su ranije neobjavljene. Ovog puta kompilacija se sastoji iz tri celine sa 40 numera izvođača iz celog regiona. Prvi deo je posvećen sviračkim i elektronskim alternativnim projektima sa vokalima. Drugi deo je posvećen eksperimentalnoj instrumentalnoj muzici, hip hopu i elektronici. Treći, bonus deo sadrži najmanje prijatne noise i eksperimentalne uratke. Što se tiče zastupljenosti pravaca - i ovaj put je dijapazon širok – alternativa, post rock, new/dark wave, avant garde, bass music, hardcore punk, grunge, elektronika, industrial, ambient, noise, jazz, bass music, hip hop, dub, fusion, experimental itd. Opipljivo izdanje kompilacije neće biti na prodaju već samo za izvođače i poklon ali ako ste baš zainteresovani da posedujete diskove poklonićemo vam primerak.

*ABOUT THE RELEASE *

After months of preparation, yearly regional compilation - Balkan Under The Radar, under the auspices of the Black Planet Records lived to have its fourth edition. Since they have already solidified the label’s sound and its residents, the Black Planet team presents us with the Antisocial Network. Compilations "Balkan Under The Radar" are aimed at discovering interesting names mainly from Serbia, but also from other countries from ex-Yugoslavia, with of course our residents and friends. We managed to unify underground from almost all of the former Yugoslav republics. Most of the stuff was brewed especially for this compilation, all of which were previously unreleased. This time compilation consists of three parts with 40 songs by artists from around the region. The first part is dedicated to the music-playing and electronic alternative projects with vocals. The second part is devoted to experimental instrumental music, hip hop and electronica. Third part is the most experimental and least pleasant to the listeners including noise and experimental.
Concerning the genres - this time too it's a wide range - alternative, post-rock, new / dark wave, hc punk, grunge, electronics, industrial, ambient, noise, avant garde, jazz, bass music, hip hop, noise, experimental, etc.

SPUTÑIK (NOVI SAD)

Sputñik is a band from Novi Sad inspired by crossover between the synthpop and guitar pop, singing in English. It consists of seven members. They issued four singles so far and their debue EP “In Between Worlds” was issued in January by Take It Or Leave It Records from Belgrade. The song “Subtly, Delicately, Hopelessly” is their fifth single, talking about the love for a girl that you love more than she loves herself, which results in emotional injuries.

NEMANJA VELIMIROVIĆ (SREMSKA MITROVICA)

Nemanja Velimirovic was born in September 1982. in Sremska Mitrovica. He is involved with music from the age of 16. He played in bands such as Mary Jane and Euthanasia – his first band in which he wrote his own alternative songs. He also wrote poems and short stories. After the breakup of Euthanasia, he played in bands such as One Big Hell, Zaipods, Mimic, Breathe, Juče je danas, Lost professors, Sukob Interesa (SEPSA – Zrenjanin), The Kisstoners, Škart, Jigsaw (drums), Matinee, Randy Marsh... He is also making solo music under Nemanja Velimirović and Pastel Pinjata. The current activity of N.V. is a band called Kofein in which he writes complete music and lyrics. Since November 2015, Nemanja plays guitar in Belgrade band E - Play . N.V. also deals with audio / video production in studios Shock Room and DROOM . Often collaborating with many performers across the region as an additional musician, producer and sound engineer .

SAVA MARINKOVIĆ (PANČEVO)

Sava Marinkovic is a musican born on 29 January 1991 in Pancevo - Serbia. He is mainly a guitar player, but also works with different instruments. His style is often associated with ambient/electronic, and free improvised music. As electronic/experimental guitarist he started solo career in February 2013 as Acustronica published his “Nowhere Near” debut album. He is also known as guitarist and sound designer in many other projects and bands (“She Is I” – experimental movie project, “Demetrin”, “NRK”, “Obala Nesta”…). Have lots of music collaborations, co-operations and recordings with many musicians. He plays a custom “Leo” guitar produced by German company “LeoGuitars”, and he is an endorser for their instruments. He is influenced by musician like: David Sylvian, Christian Fennesz, Eivind Aarset.

ARRHYTHMIA (SUBOTICA)

Her first EP was released with the alias SHE314, after she worked as Ahrkitekt Monohm, and her new project is Arrhythmia.
She had several appearances outside Serbia, and is in the music world since 7 years, she started producing first before djing and doing live performances.
Her first mini album was out in 2014 at Dash Deep Records, since then she appeared on more Various Artists releases by Art Style: Techno.
She became acquainted with industrial noise approximately one year ago, and her first work was born in 2015 in this style.
The versatility and dark beautiness, the variation and over excitation of frequencies are why she feels this sound her own.
“I feel and impart unbelievable freedom through industrial noise, I like to indulge into a sound and postpone its boundaries continuously. I love the nearly shocking and scaring noises, what exceed the general and ferial soundscapes, which are surrounding us.”
In her works she draws from static machine noises, voices appearing in nature and her own emotional world.
